I'm not seeing a clear pattern at all, and ours seems to be the opposite of most. Our sole print book on Amazon still has its ranking, and all of our Kindle titles are now without rank. Our print books is POD through CreateSpace, like your Nikolai, which I'm beginning to suspect is a part of this puzzle.

I think it's partly the CreateSpace thing as well.

I'm not seeing any rhyme or reason to the Torquere books listed there either. Sounds is up, but no Piercings. It can't be sale based. The Emerald birthstone has only sold 74 copies. My single-shot "Miskatonic Mistletoe" sold more than double and isn't listed.
