There are strange geological changes and the high command calls on Commander Cliff Cody and his pilot husband, Jake, to pilot a small craft down into some newly discovered tunnles running to the Moho, maybe even into the mantle of the earth.
Married, and a couple of stolen kisses, and the story ends with the line, "I'm going to go home and make love to my husband." And that's IT. Not a love story, an adventure story.
