I got to the polling place at 3, carrying my e-book reader and expecting a line.

I walked right in. Emptiest I've ever seen it.

There was one man voting on the 4 machines. The clerks got me set right up. As i was voting another man came in

When Mudd got there an hour later, there were 5 people in line. He was in and out in 20 minutes.

We later found out, that 10,000/25,000 registered voters in our county early-voted.

Got to the polling place at 5:30 am this morning

Was 5th in my ward to vote.

Dad was smart voted absentee.

And he's probably getting the results, shrugging and deciding we'll keep on as always. (and wondering how he raised two liberal daughters)
