I have no clue, really, what steampunk is or should be about. I just answered the quiz for fun.

There are the usual elements: airships, difference engines, etc. One of the late husbands was an inventor and Archimedes' Steam Cannon blew up on him.

The flame thrower is an Archimedes special, basically a reservoir tank of kerosene that is drawn up into a tube and spewed out past a flame.

Yep, weird western. It owes heavy to both Deadlands and Wild Wild West.

i didn't answer the radio button ones because personally I don't think Steampunk needs to be Victorian. It often is - but it's not necessary. Philip Reeve's books certainly aren't, I'd certainly like to see more diverse eras portrayed.

Flamethrowers were invented by the Chinese, though. You sound like you are having fun!
