Work and Concert
May. 12th, 2008 07:51 pmThey called me in to work today. I had to bobtail over to Bolivar. About 77 miles. Nice drive.
This evening, Obi had a band concert. His band played Sousa's "Manhattan Beach" and Albert Stoudamire's "Soul Street." The 8th & 9th grade band did Huron Bay March by David Gorham, Black Forest Overture by Michael Sweeney, Rob Grice's Pinnacle (very cool) and the PotC theme.
Not a bad concert.
Naomi and I decided to make Shell-shocked a short novel. It started as a series of three short stories anyway and that's the format it's still in.
