A day of many grumpies

valarltdOf the Day's Annoynances, These:
1) That Linehaul arrived at 9 AM
2) That I had a transmission and no jack
3) That the electrical storm hit just as I was unloading leaf springs, AKA 6' long pieces of steel, while standing on a metal lift gate of a metal trailer near a steel building. I really can't think of a better way to get struck other than dancing about going "nyah nyah nyah nyah, Thor couldn't hit the broad-side of a mountain!"
4) that I had forty-five minutes of stuff to load back on the truck when I got to my last place.
5) That gas had gone up 6 cents between morning and afternoon and $27 didn't even buy me 8 gallons
6) That I have to drop out of Hyper-Writer Mode and into Hard-Edit Mode for a week or so
7) That Kestrel sold only 54 copies.
