valarltd | Busy weekend

So Mudd and I celebrated 18 years of picking up after each other. 8) Love my husband. He did well enough to win a seat the next level poker tournament (one that costs $11 to enter). Didn't do too well with that.

And I sold a third novel. And got a novella and short story out. Not to mention a good PoV edit and rewrite.

Jonner made grilled cheese sandwiches. He got his first kitchen burn, but not his last. He loves to cook. With Bun's help, he's making dinner tomorrow.

Dollface demanded more cuddles than were humanly possible. And got them.

Fairy spent the night Friday, and apparently went home Sat while Mudd and I were...occupied. Bun came out of her bedroom. "Fairy evaporated!" She's been marching with the band, using a mellophone. She's playing French horn and trumpet this year. I hope high school is better for her than Jr. high.

Obi has the most screwed up sleep schedule, ever. He's going to be wonderful for school in a couple weeks. He's off to junior high.

And I have to drive to Jackson MS for a week of training on how to use my equipment.
