That first question was oddly difficult. Especially with my name, I felt like I should answer "djin", but I was imprinted with by the original Kolchak (The Night Stalker) with the "rakshasa", so that got my (unpopular) vote.
My turn-ons *g* include a likeable personality (whether hero or villain), so I could definitely find a likeable fellow who turns into a snake very sexy. But if he's unlikeable? Then ick.
I like my smut ... hot and intense and meaningful (aka within a relationship) and revealing of the characters' personalities and/or goals/issues. I like my smut ... as a nice spice to a story, not as the whole story. In other words, not PWP.
