back the position that fundamentalist households, by being authoritarian, are at higher risk for incest and sexual abuse? It came up in a discussion of Father-Daughter Promise Dances, and why a lot of people find them really creepy.
I seem to be having trouble finding papers on this, and I thought it was axiomatic:
Daddy's in charge.
Nobody says no to Daddy for anything.
This includes blossoming daughter.
