Date: 2006-10-15 02:11 am (UTC)This actually is all water weight. I was bloating a LOT, so my dr. gave me diuretics. (a lot, as in my pants would be too tight at the ankle by nightfall)
But cutting back on soda and moving a lot more seem to help too
