Good news: I made it home for Dollface's graduation
Bad news: she's repeating the year

Bad news: I won't be getting home next weekend
Good news: I'm running loads to Lansing. I can go to MWC!

*is squeeing muchly at the last prospect*

So tired. Did Dallas to Memphis with 1 pee break.
On the road for at least a week, probably 10 days.

Is this kindergarten that she's in? Is it a learning outcomes thing or does the teacher just think she's not ready emotionally?

Mostly it's the fact she cannot read.
She doesn't know most of the alphabet.

We're sending her to Sylvan.

In my opinon--as neither her parent or teacher--it's not important to know how to read in/right after kindergarten. She'll get it when she's ready.
