I drove today.

Put my landing gear down, unhooked my hoses, undid the fifth-wheel and I uncoupled the trailer.
Bobtailed around about a 80' circle, had to back it up a little.

Then I backed the tractor under the trailer, hooked it up and was pronounced good.
The cowboys are talking about getting me in the "Women of Trucking" issue of Playboy. I laughed and said "I'm much more National Geographic."

Very cool that you're learning this. I was interested in learning to be a truck driver a long time ago. What parts of it, if any, have been hard so far?

Th mechanical aspects have been a nightmare.
This 108 point pre-trip inspection is killer. I've learned more about engines and vehicles systems in the last two days than in all my life.
