Please explain the necessity of 108 degree days with 115 heat indexes.
Please explain why our poor butterburs flop limply along the ground, panting.
Please tell me why the hostas are burning the shade.
Most of all, please tell me why it is necessary for me to live in this overheated gulag with strontium-90 water, air that reeks of dogfood, people who are sweet to your face but mean as snakes behind your back, and a general idiocy level that approaches infinity.
Too hot and cranky.
