valarltdWe got a DVD burner for the computer! The vids look even better on DVD, none of the jerkiness of VHS.
Installing it was a matter of much profanity, esp. as Mudd tried to put the screws into what turned out to be black dots and not actual holes. He no longer has any sensations in his fingertips from trying to get the power plug out.
But it's in, and it works. There was beautiful ham for dinner from the crock pot. 6 hours on low with a can of Coke in made it tender enough to cut with a fork.
I got actual work accomplished at work.

boniblithe's feedback challenge. Now to finish submitting my own.
