Need help from psych folks

I have a few case studies that need diagnosing beyond the DSM-IIIR

1) Male, 25. Raised by foster parents. Began killing animals in his teens. Enjoyed high speed racing in dangerous terrain. Became convinced he had psychic powers after death of foster parents. After death of favorite teacher, began killing people. Became affiliated with underground group in order to kill more efficiently and larger numbers. Belief in psychic powers continued, including attempts to kill with them. After a run-in with a powerful offical, began believing a connection between himself and the official. Arrested upon attempted approach to official.

2) Female, 19. Beginning at 8, retreated into highly detailed fantasy world with elaborate mythology and setting. ECT and hydrotherapy had no effect. Delusions grew stronger, as subject became convinced she was a princess of this imaginary country. Complete retreat at 18. Becomes agitated at any intrusion into her room.

3) Male, 33. Early upbringing upper-middle-class. Became excessively religious in 20's. Convinced God and the Devil speak to him. Convinced he is the Anti-Christ and is awaiting the return of the Christ so he can stage the final battle. Referred by staffers who noticed erractic behavior in churches, such as loudly challenging God.

Just curious as to how these would be classified. AbbyPsych was a long time ago. Help appreciated and credited

I'm not a clinician, but all of those are pretty stereotyped paranoid schizophrenia.

I was afraid of that. Those are all actual fictional characters.
I'm going to wait to see if I get any more detailed responses before I give names.

Actually 1 looks a lot like Delusional disorder with Antisocial Personality Disorder (formerly both socioopathic and psychopathic personality).

2 looks basic schizophrenic, but schizophrenia is rare in children.

3 is looking like straight up Delusional Disorder. He's not showing disorganized behavior or flattened affect. (His behavior is methodical if erractic, and consistant with his delusions)

I found a DSM IV, but would really be interested in a clinician

Yeah, the 4's more current than the 3R.

What is it you're doing? Diagnosing fictional characters is an iffy business; authors rarely do their homework and usually aren't basing the disorder on personal experience.

PS, all of them, especially the last two. The first one ... it's a bit early, but it's not unheard of for PS to hit in the mid teens.

Actually, it's the multifandom insane asylum video. I want to put up title cards with diagnosis and prognosis for each character.

I mean, Rick Simon is canonically PTSS, but his prognosis is good. Buffy Summers is schizophrenic, and has devolved into catatonia, prognsis is not good. Mary Ann Lomax (Devil's Advocate) is delusional, with borderline personality disorder as evinced by cutting behaviors. Deceased, suicide.

Actually, neither of the men are considered insane in their canon. The ECT is movie-canon for the girl (not book canon).

None of them are actually evincing paranoid behaviors or ideation.

#1 has delusions of granduer, but does not believe people are out to get him. The killing is far more indicative of antisocial.

#2 shows disorganized behavior by reacting when someone intrudes, but is otherwise catatonic. No paranoia.

#3 again, Delusions, but no flattened affect and his behavior is consistant if unacceptable. it is not disorganized.

Sorry, forgot. Westworld as well. There, we do have actual paranoia combined with PTSS. (I have footage of Richard Benjamin in a straight-jacket from Love at First bite which should tie in nicely.)
