First, let me say I have had a Max von Sydow crush since I was 12. When I heard he was to be Leland Gaunt in Needful Things, I squeed. Needful Things is the last Stephen King novel I really liked. It's the Mysterious Little Shop trope, taken to the nines. The movie is not as good as the book, but it stands up quite well.
