I respond to this the way I respond to anti-gay politicians being outed: "You made money, a lot of it, harming people in your situation. Reap the whirlwind."
I'm sorry for a young woman who has found herself with a second pregnancy she doesn't want and is compelled to carry by her morals/family pressure.
I'm sorry for a kid who will be the family's shame for decades to come.
For the cottage industry around them? Karma's a bitch.
