Work: Oh yeah. 6:35 hours building a display that was supposed to be a team build. There's no I in Team, but there is an M and an E, so my team was Me.

That's 12 feet, with a monolith and 2 four ft walls, 3 strings of LEDs and a monitor running a demo.
And 45 peg hooks, each of which had to be screwed down.
I ache. My fingers got smashed on the monolith and I have bruises under the nails.
I sweated so much my scalp itched.
Health: chest aches badly, having trouble breathing. Just stress and strain.
