Cooking: meatloaf with stuffing mix. (1.5 lbs ground beef, 1 pkg stuffing mix, 1 pkg onion soup, 1-1.5 c water) 

 

Cleaning: washed dishes, trash out

Crafting: none

Peanut butter oatmeal muffins

1 c. all purpose flour
1 c, oatmeal

1 cup milk

1/4 cup peanut butter

1 egg

1/2 cup brown sugar 

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1 c raisins, plumped

Mix all together until just moistened & bake approx 25 min on 350F

Recycling run--left license in Mudd's car. Couldn't do it.

Sweep vacuum mop

Move all craft stuff into small bedroom--moved a couple things. Will keep trying

 

Bake muffins  burned the daylights out of them. My muffin tin is too big for my oven.

Make 4 sandwiches

Load nonperishable lunches, gym stuff in car

2 bags of trash out--1 bag

audiobook for the week--not downloadable. Too long

Dinner: Sausage broccoli mac

Also scrubbed toilets, cleaned litter boxes, decluttered for 15 minutes and washed dishes twice.
