2016 in review
Dec. 31st, 2016 10:38 amIt has been an interesting year. I learned much and did many things.
I edited audiobooks.
I worked as a Renaissance Festival merchant.
I learned to knit and purl continental style, which makes my work MUCH faster.
I worked for Action Link and Michaels. I started learning to be a framer.
I came out as trans and started trying to live as Nick, as much as I can without medical help.
I started training to drive a school bus, which means I have a medical card again and am back on the CPAP
I saw 50 movies.
I read 29 books, some audio.
I reread most of my oeuvre, trying to decide what to republish.
Ellora's Cave, Amber Quill, Torquere, and All Romance Ebooks went out of business
Inkstained Succubus relapsed to being my private reprint house
My grand cleaning scheme fell apart under a wildly variable schedule.
I traded in the cruiser for a 2011 Nitro, made a terrible deal and raised $1500 in the space of a month.
My year of not writing still produced three short stories.
A lot of people died (about 150 famous peeople)
Darren's murderer got 48 years
And just to see the year out, I have a cold.
