Mugged by a scarab and the rest of my day

Prickly little boogers, especially on the tender skin of the inner arm
Today, I slept late. I got up half an hour before I was supposed to leave for work. As I was putting in my teeth, work called. Not enough shoppers for me to come in.
So we went for pizza and to Best Buy and to Costco. We now have enough toilet paper to make it until Christmas (maybe), a case of soda, 6 lbs of hamburger patties for less than bulk hamburger costs at Kroger and a watermelon. (Got out for about $50)
After a trip to Dollar tree, I came home and cleaned in the front room. 2 black trashbags, a box and a catfood bag of garbage now are at the curb instead of in my living room.
I think I'm going to go embroider.
