A certain satisfaction
Aug. 2nd, 2015 11:30 pmThere is a certain satisfaction in getting most of what you planned to do in a day accomplished.
I washed dishes, twice. Once with a really gross item that I had let go too long.
I ate breakfast, eggs in a basket.
I washed 2 loads of laundry, hamper to washer to dryer to closet. One more will go in the dryer while we sleep.
I baked 10 lbs of chicken leg quarters, took them off the bone, packaged them in meal portions AND washed the roaster. Anna helped, the first time she's been in the kitchen.

Anna says "Ai haz a hoo-mon. Ai iz Daddy's gurl."
Royalty calculations are done, but my stupid self bungled the password and is locked out of the bank account.
I wrote about 600 words.
I finished the second mitten and began another set.

I meal-planned until the 10th
I grocery shopped.
I cooked dinner: Mexican chicken casserole
I took out a full bag of aluminum cans.
I took out a large bag of trash, the bag of chicken bones and skin and a Kroger bag full of trash. (15 minutes of work in the study.
I took my meds on time.
I have my information for tomorrow printed and all four mi-fis charging up.
My phone is charging.
It is a day that most people would consider completely ordinary. Just a little housework. Yet I feel as if I moved a mountain.
Tomorrow,
7 AM, working breakfast
8:30, Jonner to get registered for school
10 AM, 6 hour job at Office Depot, upgrading computers to windows 10
5 PM home, call report
6 PM, Chicken Cordon Bleu pasta, bake apple pies
Tues:
9:20 Jonner gets his braces on
11 AM, another 4 hour job
6 PM, home, sausage and potatoes au gratin
Wed:

Thursday
