So I spent the day watching TV. And doing the books. And crocheting. One project done, the other just wants some embroidery.
Watched "The Deadly Toys Affair" MUNCLE ep. Oh Angela Lansbury, how do I love thee? She was utterly brilliant, and the perfect foil for the boys. So far, I'm not finding the stories all that exciting (spies aren't my thing), but the characters, the nonstop peril and the guest-stars are getting me.
And saw "The Boogieman" QL again. Oh my. Dear, dear dear. Sam is so going to Hell, and the Devil looks just like Al. (Tempted to do it as a Brimstone X-over)
And how much do I want to write SV AU with Abbot!Lionel, monk!Lex (one of Lionel's "nephews") who has a crush on a certain farmboy. And they are forever sneaking off into dark alcoves and committing sodomy amid the smell of incense and low chanting of evensong. I want them to wed by the rites of Sts. Sergei and Bacchus. And Lex is risking his whole career, maybe even a bishophric. And Lionel is obsessed with them, both, but has the power and position nit to risk anything.
Dollface is a slasher. I caught her "reading" an Elusive Lover. She likes the pictures of Han and Luke kissing. Bunny's trying hard to pimp me into Teen Titans.
