The news from Chez Mudd
Aug. 29th, 2011 09:29 amMy bronchitis is starting early. I have a dr appt. the 8th to see if I can stay out of the hospital again this year.
I've had to cancel out of RomantiCon. The travel money went to the mortgage. Maslowe is a bitch.
Bun got an apartment, all by herself. Very proud of her. Proud of the fact she had a checking AND a savings account as well. She is dancing a lot and one of the most popular girls in the club. She has nothing to put in the apartment, but I sent her a basic list. And Mom has said she'll load me up when I go up in Oct and maybe when we're up in Dec.
I just missed my physical exam. I remembered in time and made it, but I forgot about it and had eaten. Fooo. Tomorrow, no food after 4 AM, so I can get it done at noon.
Jonner and Oli have dr appts this next month
Oli is joining the mileage club at School. She did 38 miles last year and is trying for 40 this year. She's also signing up for choir.
Jonner is in the marching band this year.
Obi is captain of the Quiz Bowl team, as a junior (they have no seniors). He has decided to start his own cult. He has the long hair, longer than mine, wavy like mine, and the deep soothing voice. He looks a lot like I did at that age. He's a handsome boy.
Today, I need to finish out the little time on my CPAP (I'm not losing my job because I took off the machine 12 minutes early) watch The Wolfman, work out, clean, shower, set off bug bombs and go for my allergy shots. We're having intermittant malicious shaowers, so laundry is not in the cards.
