Six is the number of workers who were fired today on the dock, so they could be replaced with people making $1.25/hr less.

The trucks were two hours late getting off the dock. Nobody called me.

I showed up a little late (overslept), grabbed the one 48' liftgate trailer on the lot and LEFT. I forgot to check the numbers and see it was yesterday's trailer.

I had done about 75 miles when I got the call "Where are you? Where is my trailer? I was late, they promised to call you."

So, an extra 150 miles, three hours late. The guys are unhappy. I'm unhappy. The trailer was loaded so badly we had to hand EVERY piece of freight at the first stop to make sure legs 3 and 4 of the run got all their freight.

Add in the fact I'm achy from the weather in my elbow and shoulders and knees, and I am not a happy Angel today.
