My day in general

wrist=7.5
Upper arm=16

BMI=41.4

My measurements today
Weight: 270 (-26)

Bust=50.5 (-3 inches)
Waist=42 (-7 inches)
Hips=50 (-5 inches)
neck=16 (-1 inch)
Upper arm=14 (-2 inches)

BMI=37.7

Not too shabby. The waist has been the most dramatic.
