I love days off where I work harder than on work days. 8P

I spent most of the morning re-doing the edits I'd done the night before. Fortunately, this was mostly cutting and pasting, not actual composing. Then I did the editor's edits. Four misspellings and a dozen extraneous (by EC standards) commas. Not too shabby for a first round.

Made it most of the way through the Steampunk Robin Hood. Still short of a title for that one.

Most of the afternoon was spent doing shameless self promotion. Glad Hands comes out tomorrow.

And this little gem popped up.

And there was some running around as well. Now, I'm off to work.

There are zombies under this cut.
There is also Jesus. Clearly a fake Jesus since he's wearing hiking boots.

Click this cut only if you're going to take it as humor and not get cranky. I was inordinately amused.

Ulalume:(Bewitching Brews) Starry white lilies lend an eerie brightness to the deep black wooded scents of cypress and oak, layered with a touch of crushed dried leaves and the faintest aquatic note.
Vial: pale yellow, lily and leaves
Wet: earth and lilies
Drydown: Lilies and dirt a little bit of oak
Dry: These aren't the wet, fleshy lilies of Black Lily. They're lilies in a long neglected garden, one well-overgrown and unkempt. The ground is layered in leaves that have rotted to rich compost and that never quite dry out. It doew clean up a bit after about 15 minutes and I get trees and a lake...the dark tarn of Auber where our ghoulish narrator stowed the corpse of his lost Ulalume.
2 hours: Dry lilies, dying in the sunlight near a crumbling wall.

Summary: I LOVE THIS SCENT. If BLACK LILY is the sexy side, suitable for Beltain, this is for Samhain
