Just finished a story for Dark Roast press' valentine anthology.

I'm pleased. It's about 4000 words.

A day of some small accomplishment

Bun had a Quiz Bowl tournament today, so I got up early to make sure she caught her ride.

I cleaned out (don't ask) the crockpot and got some ham and beans started, only to find my ham stock was frozen. It's all thawed now and the beans are cooking away.

I made a delivery, and will do the rest tomorrow.

I scrubbed up three pieces of cast iron and reseasoned them. Turns out, one is an old Griswold Double Skillet.

I made cornbread. Jonner is making cookies

I'll be having a bath before the Imbolc ritual.

I also up-sized the garter. Using a size 5 hook and half-double crochets instead of singles make it a size that will look better on my leg. It also looks more spider-webby not as crowded.
