Today's accomplishments

1) Got Nikolai reformatted and re-sent to Create Space. There were...problems.

2) Got a curtain hung in Dollface's doorway (door has long been off hinges, and she needs privacy) It cuts the cold air from a north-facing room.

3) Curtained off the laundry area. There is so much cold air blowing in from the garage that the curtain bellies out.

4) Tested Lust. not impressed. too much patchouli

5) 2 loads of laundry

6) a trip to the store

And last night we found the missing Sony Reader. I'd taken it to bed.
I also got 3 1/2 rows put in on an afghan (a 2 hr process!)

BPAL: Lust

Lust: Uncontrollable passion and insatiable sexual desire: red musk, patchouli, ylang ylang and myrrh.

Vial: a red oil smelling strongly of patchouli
Wet: patchouli,
Drydown: patchouli, hints of musk
Dry: Strong patchouli, musk softening it. Itchy. The scent gets everywhere. Fills the WHOLE room, from a scant drop on the wrist. After 15 minutes, musk had fought the patchouli to a stand-still. After about half an hour, patchouli is secured in the corner, lending vague flowers while musk and myrrh have come out to play. Very nice now.
2 hours: a sweet deep red scent, musk with some patchouli and myrrh. Much better
The ylang-ylang never seems to develop?

Probably a keeper.
