Party Time
Mar. 18th, 2005 07:36 pmThe party was postponed, which meant no one showed, except Bradlikin Skywalker, my Obi's Padawan.
It's OK. Wal-Mart ran out of Turkey legs and the truck was delayed. So we got chicken strips and called it good.
The jousting was a huge hit. The dragon pinata did not come. So I made a knight's helm out of a coffee can, added a pullstring and ring and duct-ta[ped it to a pole. When the noble knight speared the ring with his lance, it pulled the lid of, resulting in a candy and toy cascade.
They're watching cartoons and doing boy stuff.
