Stuck. Utterly stuck

Since the "Get Around" remaster was going so well, I volunteered for another vid for Club Vivid.

I picked the Phantom of the Opera techno remix because it went straight to my hips and feet and demanded I dance.

Unfortunately, I haven't a clue what to do with it. The Conversation came to mind as it is about stalking and spying and evil mentors and even more evil apprentices. But it's not a visually dynamic movie and that would be a very, very layered vid with the implication that Harry Caul is the angel, until we find out it's actually Martin Stett being the Director's wife's hidden mentor.

I can't think we need another Hanibal Lecter-focused vid, but that's the only notion that comes to mind.
If Brimstone gets into my hands in time, there's always the possibility of a Zeke-focus with Morningstar as his (fallen) angel. Brimstone has plenty of action and violence.

Most of the Necrocest is in my angelnanowrimo journal. And i just got part of the ending today. Luke is not operating in reality at the beginning, and it only gets worse. It's going to be sorta gross, but I think I'll have Leia more dessicate than decay.

Sickly Monday

I have 4 kids home today. Every one of them with a fever somewhere around 100-102. At least Jonner quit barfing.

They're sick enough to be home and whining, but only Bunny is sick enough to sleep the day away.
I put them to work, mean mommy that I am. I've folded 3 loads of laundry and washed two more.
They had to hang up the hangers as I filled them. And during that brief period when they all felt good enough to pick at each other, I exhausted them by having them pick up in their rooms (all of 10 minutes while I loaded the washer). They're much better when they're wiped out enough to be listless. They whine less.

I think we'll have a movie while I fold the next load.

June 9: ConStricted by Plot 5. Secret Admirer/Stalker. Still not writing the Jar-Jar/Yoda stalker fic.

And I have 2 birthdays, 2 plays, 1 SCA event (need garb) and any cosplaying in there as well.



Vid whining:
Would it be too ridiculous to juxtapose the journeys of Mad Max and Anakin Skywalker for "Phantom-techno remix"?
I mean, both are action-heavy arcs so plenty of swordplay and explosions for dancing, but there is the deeper side: one is redemptive mentoring while the other is being mentored into perdition, which would be more for living-room viewing later.

I've considered everything from the BtVS movie to a Luke-centric vid, but that's the one idea that keeps coming back around.

Or maybe just a Mad Max vid. (I know Mel Gibson isn't in the best odor with vidders at the moment) But I keep getting it from Savannah's (the leader girl in Thunderdome) PoV, with his violent past as flashback. She's the narrative female voice for the vid, I think.
