The next installment
Oct. 26th, 2004 11:12 amA while back, I posted a response to
thamiris' Tuesday porn challenge. Here's the follow-up.
The story thus far: Han has been on a bender and Leia throws him out. Luke finds him in a bar. Han half-seduces, half-coerces Luke into sex. This is the morning after.
Morning light streamed into the room behind Leia, and Luke caught his breath at the sight of his beautiful sister. Memories of last night brought a flush to his face, but he met her eyes. She stared.

Vampire Hunter D
Oct. 26th, 2004 11:44 pmI watched this today.
Very good. I can see where MUCH of BtVS, the movie, comes from. The villain even *looks* like Rutger Hauer, and there's the goon who gets his arm cut off. And there are many elements incorporated into the Blade movies as well. It came out in 1984, and I can see the influences from Tanith Lee's "Kill the Dead." There was even a SW reference.
I had a pretty good hunch D was not quite as human as he looked when we first saw him. I may have to get a copy and make a music vid to "Man in the long black coat." Then again, I'm considering that for a Brimstone vid. The only trick they missed was not making Marius D's father.
But I love the robot horses and it was very entertaining.
