Phoning it in

After 4 PM, I run my household by telephone.
Seems to go pretty well.

I get up at 6 AM with Hubby, so we can actually see each other. If I didn't do this I wouldn't see him Monday through Thurday. (I do miss my Mudd)

I fix breakfast and lunches for the kids and shoo them out the door by 7:30 AM

Then I clean. Ordinarily I clean until 9. But this week is a big decluttering push (7 big trashbags out already) so am cleaning until noon. I break for lunch, play with Dollface, and then put in another hour before work. I make a casserole or crockpot for dinner.

I see my big kids when they get home from school. Then I go to work at 3:30. Bunny is a certified Baby-Sitter (Red Cross) and watches her sibs until Mudd gets home at 4. (She gets paid $10/week for this)

I run my house by phone, making sure everything goes right.
Then I get home about 11:30 (unless I have to go to the store, then it's midnight)

Bunny is quite a good cook for the most part. Of course it tends to be things like "put the casserole in the oven at 325 for 15 minutes."

So, I'm not doing fannish stuff for a week or so, but will be back in force around Mid Feb.

Tomorrow: the Library of Doom. I suspect the trash pile will double.
