Yard sale got off to a decent start. the girls have about $60 for Space Camp. (that's 3x more than I've ever made on a yard sale) After the paper ad today, we expect a horde tomorrow.
I'll be pleased if they break $100. Then to the bank for depositing.
Strawberry lemonade is nectar of the gods in disguise. For 1 gallon: 4 large frozen strawberries, 2 c. sugar,2 pkgs kool-aid lemonade, 1 gal water. pulverize strawberries in blender with some of the water. Mix sugar and lemonade with strawberries, dilute. Serve cold while sitting in the shade listing to your kids sing along with "Video Killed the Radio Star." Bliss. (Dollface is so funny on the "ahhh-ah-ah-ahhh" part)
Dollface now has an echo mic, and has been playing Oz the Great and Terrible all evening. She's also very fond of her new "horny-corn": a My Pretty Pony pegasus that she thinks is a unicorn.
