Ugh

Friday.

On the plus-side: I'm out at 12:30
On the minus-side: I have a dentist appt at 3:30

On the plus side: New HP novel!
On the minus side: won't get it until Sun. Can't wrangle all 4 at midnight in public.

On the plus side: Got 2.5 pages of elfy-dwarf lovin' happening. Sweet.
On the minus side: almost diabeticly so. 120 years of gloopiness.

On the plus side: I can do knotwork in crochet!
On the minus: still haven't stitched my x-stitch for the month. I know what i'm doing in the dentist office.

On the plus side: Pimped Midnight Ride to a cashier in the business office, who likes scary movies.
On the minus side: still haven't gotten to watch Near Dark or Body Bags (A plus: Body Bags arrived!)

All in all, life is good. The weather is beautiful: sunny, mid 70's.

But dentist!

"Mists of Memory" is off to gblvr's zine "Of Stones and Stars." I always said Legolas/Gimli was my LotR OTP!
It's sweet and sad, and generally schmoopy.

Now, to finish the drawing for it, and I'll scan it for her Monday.
I feel so fannish.

No Harry Potter Party tonight. Maybe for the next book.

I should cross-stitch and watch Body bags. Or maybe, I'll just go to my room and read some of Sanctuary Moon.
