Doing nothing

And it feels so good.

I slept in.
I didn't cook.
I went to Wal-Mart, and got chicken and yarn. I'm going to see if I can get that afghan done.

I did wash 3 load of laundry.

I got my exchange partners for the various square exchanges. How nice. I only have to send 4 envelopes this month: 1 for Christmas and squares (same partner), 1 for squares and 2 for cross-stitch). Shouldn't take too long.

Kids are watching the animated LotR. Peter S. Beagle has a script credit for it. Say it ain't so Pete!

Dollface is having fun with the plunger. Apparently sticking it to her belly is insanely silly.

No writing inspiration, just story ideas. The words won't come right now, but they will soon. (ooo, ( on yesterday's het thing )

I painted knotwork around Bunny's viking project. That was fabulous. I am just not artistic, and it turned out so well.

Read Mrs. Frisby and the Rats of NIMH. Is it just me or is a lot of the Nicodemus/Jenner interaction very slashy? The part where they find Thorn Valley, I could just see them making love in the cave before their fight.

Some Nic/Justin subtext too, esp the first moment when they finally meet face to face after talking around the partition for months.

I am so sick. Animated rats.
