Watched the first ep of "Dead like Me."

Entertaining until the last 10 minutes when it turned super-poignant, and I was bawling right along with our heroine. My kids are worried, hubby's looking at me weird, and I can't stop crying.

I never cry at media, and here I am tearing up just thinking about it.

Of course, using "Que sera sera" as the soundtrack was dirty pool.

It's that good (or I'm that hormonal). See it!

What I liked best about the version they used was that it was so dissonant - made it all creepy and weird as well as sad. Interesting show, isn't it? I'm definitely Season Passing this one.

Rewatching it a second time, that end part really got to me, too.

Of course, using "Que sera sera" only reminded me of the "Brimstone" episode that used a similarly discordant version.

Anyway, yeah, good show. Got better second time through. Glad I picked up Showtime just in time for it...
