It's Jamie Campbell Bower. He was in Sweeney Todd, The Prisoner, the King Arthur series, Twilight and the last Harry Potters. He was Dumbledore's old boyfriend
He was very very brief in Harry Ppotter, just a photograph and a very short flashback as Grindelwald. In the remake of The Prisoner, he was Eleven-Twelve, Number Two's (Sir Ian) gay son.
