Han's base is finished, must embroider facial features. He's sized-up to match the other squares.

Having trouble finding a good sized Leia pic. I want her in the double buns, and at least 400 pixels.

Double dose of QAF (thanks TIVO) and I am feeling so butch! I want to go out and work on cars, and eat red meat and drink straight shots of whiskey.

Well, maybe not. I'll just take hubby to bed.

My 4 Lukes from E-Bay arrived. My x-wing pilot is in better condition, and I hate when the paint rubs off their noses (like it did on the Jedi). But I have a Hoth!Luke to go in the pocket with Hoth!Han. And brown-haired Bespin Luke, which isn't too common.

Have a friend who I'm not sure if he's none too bright or just ignorant.
"No, no, I won't name a kid Daniel. I want a nice, nonbibilcal name, like Benjamin."

Today it was "But Coke doesn't have any carbohydrates. No fiber."
(Coke is mostly sugar which is a simple carbo)


irene_heron is home from the hospital and doing well. Her email sounded, if not perky, at least better. here's hoping things continue to go as well.

Just felt like commenting 'cause I could relate to the topic. Bed calls to me too, but I keep telling it No. I can't believe it's 3:30 and I'm still working on this stupid project. I wasn't kidding when I said I'm going crazy writing this ESL stuff. It's due tomorrow, and I have about 4 hours' worth to go. Blyech. So while I wait for my other computer to boot up so I can retrieve some info I need, I'm wandering around writing little LJ comments.

So you have a Han/Luke pair to go in a pocket -- are you bringing those to MWC? It's fun to wear them there. I'll try to remember mine too. And a vest to put them in.

I'm glad Irene is well. What a weekend: another SW fan is going in for surgery tomorrow; not anyone you've met yet, but a friend of mine. The sheep are on alert again. These Lukesheep get so busy sending the healing Force-waves, it's a wonder they have time to get anything else done. *g*

The action figures are indeed for a pocket at MWC. I also considered wiring them to the brim of my hat. But a velcro'd pocket feels more secure to me.

Actually 2 pairs. I have a classic pair and the Hoth pair. If I can get my hands on an Endor!Han, I'll pair him up with the Jedi!Luke.

I have this khaki vest that has a million pockets. I could probably pack everything in it. I can see it now, I get off the plane and you ask "Angel, where's your luggage?" "I'm wearing it!"

Everybody's having surgery. My Jonner goes in Wed.

I need to get a better vest for MWC. Not incredibly high priority, but still, I'd like to.

I ended up working till 6:30 in the morning, then got back up at 9:45 to do more. Erk. I'm living on coffee and powder sugar donuts. This is a ridiculous lifestyle. But this project will be done soon. Then I can go back to stressing about editing the zine. *g*

Is Jonner having something done to his ears? I hope it goes well; poor kid.

Let me think that Benjamin is not a Biblical name. It is a GREAT name if I do say so myself! {{grin}}
