Is it common to find people you've known before? I had a flash yesterday while watching a video of a friend's choir. I knew one of the men and I have never met him. Silver sparks and a stab of recognition hit me. He's connected to the Santiago de Compostela life. One of us was a monk.

Also, do enemies carry over? There is a woman who makes everything in me screech like a tribble in a room full of Klingons. There is no reason for this, she's never anything but nice to everyone. Why do I have such a baseless dislike of her?

Simple answer: yes and yes.

Not so simple answer: Almost all of the people I spent time with in college are people I knew from past lives. My closest friends now are also known from past lives. In many cases multiple past lives. Many people subconsciously seek out those they knew in a past live.

From what I've noticed in my own life it takes some really awful things in a past life to have the gut reaction dislike you mentioned but it does happen.
