valarltdThis is a past life spread. I already know some of these answers, just from his memories that keep bumping into mine. I wonder if he was about 44 when he drowned...
1 Who was I in my last life. 5 of pents. Apparently, I was broke. That tracks. I was a fisherman, with a house of my own, and I'm not sure if the few sheep were mine or my neighbor's.
2 Was I married? Ace of cups. And Happily.
3 Was I happy in this past life? 4 of pentacles. A bit of a miser, probably a side effect of being broke during a bad time for an Irishman to be poor.
4 What kind of work did I do in that life? 7 of pentacles. I worked hard for what I had, but enjoyed the fruits of my labor. It seems to indicate farming, but I know I was a fisherman. There was, of course, basic subsistence farming. No grocery stores.
5 Was I an honourable person? 10 of pentacles. And left my kids a legacy of it, apparently.
6 What type of problems or challenges did I deal with? 5 of wands. Lots and lots of struggles and conflicts. I know I was a part-time warrior, so that can indicate the battles.
7 Was I a famous person? King of Swords. Intellectual authority, power, judgment and command. Judge, Lawyer or military commander. Locally, yes, maybe even county-wide. I was very tall, which meant people would naturally look to me as a fighter, and listen when I spoke.
8 Was my health good during my past life? 6 of pentacles. Prosperity and generosity. I was something of an ox.
9 How did I die? Queen of cups. Drowned. I know that. Dumped in the lady Sea, and taken back to Mother.
10 Did I have a soul mate? The Lovers. Are you kidding? I still miss her.
11 Is my present love someone I knew during my past life? The Chariot. This is all about control and willpower. I don't think so. I have loved Mudd before, but I was female in that life. Or conversely: Buy the RV we keep talking about!
12 Am I linked to my parents of today from a past life of mine? 2 of Cups. Love, partnership, relationship. Apparently so. I don't remember his parents, any more than I remember his name.
13 Are any other members of my family from a past life of mine? 5 of Cups. Loss, regret, bereavement. Looks like they were and I lost them last time around.
14 What do I need to learn during this life time? The Sun. Be strong and that energy will bring you success. Things get better, embrace your destiny.
15 Will I reincarnate after this present life? 2 of wands Future planning and progress, decisions. Look like I'm already planning for it.
