Strawberry cheesecake ice cream

valarltd16 oz cream cheese
4 cans evaporated milk
2 c. milk
3 c. sugar
1 lb fresh strawberries, washed, stemmed, cut and crushed
Cream sugar and cream cheese until fluffy. Stir in milk, slowly, blending well. Add in strawberries, freeze in ice cream freezer
1 gallon.
This is fabulous and decadent and OMG! You can use no fat cream cheese and skim evaporated milk and less sugar if you like.
