I got up earlier than planned (OK, I was up too late reading Paris-torture over at Boys In Chains) because my daughter's GS leader called for a cookie booth. Turned out it was a failure to communicate yesterday.
Bunny sold about 2 cases in 2 hours.
I read, I wrote, I edited!
I also shopped, laundered and cooked.
I now own 2 trellises and a new rosebush: Promise. It's a pale pink rose. It will look nice next to the Joseph's Coat (starts red turns yellow). I also have an optical mouse! No more scrubbing the mouseballs.
{snerk}
Unfortunately our DVD player has bitten the dust.
Therefore, no Prince of Egypt tonight. Bummer. I always hang around for the Judah bits. (I am SO the fangirl)
Hubby is very sick. super sore throat. Mine's running a little scratchy. Strep is NOT what I need.
Minivan door broke today. I need to take it to the shop.
MWC said "Bring on the afghan!" Suspecting I may spend part of the con scoping the dealers and seeing what I can do to get in on it next year. Sheesh. My Feringi streak makes a shining reappearance. I've wanted a button maker for years. Maybe this next year... And I still have plenty of SCA stock, including wool and velvet.
Must finish Darren's piece. Almost done with the spade. Got the club, heart and diamond squares done. i really don't like chart work, and here I've committed to a whole afghan of it, with Tunisian in the center so I can cross-stitch. (I really don't like Tunisian crochet either. It always looks cockeyed or upside down or something) Did I mention I don't much like cross-stitch? I like it some and I'm getting all I can stand with my exchange. Three techniques i hate, and all to produce a work of art.
My dryer shrunk my favorite green sweater. Must see if it fits Bunny.
