From ties to Pies. Apparently Jan 23 is National Pie Day. And here I thought March 14 was. So look for a great pie recipe on the 23rd.

Trijicon inscribes Bible verse references on their rifle sights which are then issued to US soldiers and Iraqi peace-keepers alike. The Army and Marines claim not to notice because it was in the same typeface and size as the model numbers. But...according to AF officer and attorney for the Military Religious Freedom Foundation, "commanders have referred to weapons with the sights as "spiritually transformed firearm[s] of Jesus Christ."" (tell me again I'm paranoid, folks)
