Collection Thoughts

Most of my stuff is out of contract (the last piece comes out from under in December) and I'm doing the assembly phase on a Collection to make available after the first of the year.

Right now, there are 17 stories in this collection, which works out to about 81K words and about 220 trade paperback pages.

My problem now is the order. Some of them have similar settings and I don't want to seem redundant.

Current order:

Stolen Chocolate tastes sweetest (3rd person contemp)

Drive (1st person contemp)
Racing the Past (3rd person historical)

I'm thinking of shuffling it a little, to look like this:

Rewriting Old Songs (1st person contemp trucker, f/f)
Drive (1st person contemp)

Stolen Chocolate tastes sweetest (3rd person contemp)

Imperial Entanglements (1st person contemp)

That breaks up the truckers and the paranormals and spaces the 3rd person stories more evenly.
Taking suggestions.

I'm thinking of calling it "Howl at the Mistletoe."
