I fought the List...and the List won
Actually, it didn't.
I wrangled the school supply list (FOUR school supply lists) into submission. I have 7 items left to buy, 5 of which must be bought from the school (2 planners, 2 D'Nealian tablets, 12 pack construction paper). The last two are Play-Doh and a tub of baby wipes. So far we've only spent $70. Not bad for four kids.
This is the abbreviated list:
2 pkgs cap erasers
1 large eraser
4 boxes kleenex
baby wipes
liquid soap
4 pack of play-doh
watercolors
3 packages dry erase markers
5 packages #2 pencils
post-it notes
6 3 ring bingers
zippered pencil bag
ruler
1 purple folder with pockets and brads. (This is down from a great many folders of many colors because I tend to stock up when they're on sale)
8 packages of dividers/tabs
2 pr scissor
a back pack
So Dollface has a lavender My Little Pony backpack, and there will be much labelling.
I have maintained my zen, and am going to bed early.
