The D-Man Checks In: I seem to recall reading or hearing somewhere from one of his interviews (back when his books were still good, and his TV adaptations didn't require his name in front of them to get people to maybe watch) that Stephen King's 1st book signing was less than jam-packed before he hit The Big Time. The point is... you're out there; a lot further than you likely ever dreamed you'd be 1-2 years ago.
