Now, I also have her 'An Ancient Muse', 'The Book of Secrets', 'The Mask and the Mirror', 'The Visit', 'Parallel Dreams', and 'Elemental'.

Want any from those?

And have you heard The Mediaeval Baebes?

mask and the Mirror would be lovely.

I've heard of the Babes, but not heard their stuff.

I've got their drinking song. As soon as 'Book' finishes copying, I'll start on 'Mask', and zip file it all for you.

Hayley Westenra has a lovely voice and sings classic folk songs among other things.

Do you have any Steeleye Span?

[identity profile] valarltd.livejournal.com 2008-07-01 02:44 am (UTC)(link)
A few. The Blacksmith, The Brisk Young Butcher.
Not sure Two Magicians or False Knight on the Road is right for the tone.

Glad to be helpful!

Broadside Electric has some gread stuff, especially on Amplificata, but most of it I don't have on mp3.

That is lovely. Thank you for the rec.

Can you spare $8.99?

'cause Amazon has a whole album of traditional Robin Hood ballads, sung to the lute, available for download here, or 99 cents each. I dunno if you've been saving Pepsi Points, but I've been getting MP3s from Amazon that way.
