weirdness

I survived the anime. It wasn't my first trip down this street, but it was fun getting a look at something I'd picked up by fannish osmosis. (Imagine if you will, Edward Elric and Han Solo, both about 16, as chem lab partners... Kerblooey kinda gets there.)

I remember one in the 80s, with a green-cloaked singer and a train that ran between the stars. Anyone help me out on this?

Work was all right.
Except for, you know, tornados.
Let me say that again. TORNADOS!
In towns I was driving to!
I missed them, just got rain and high winds.

Glad Hands is out for more edits
Proofs for Nikolai came back
Shell-Shocked suddenly picked up.

Glad you stayed safe. I have no love for tornadoes.

You may've been Edward's lab partner, but *I* roomed with him! Chalk EVERYWHERE! :-P

You know, I still find it amusing that FH managed to introduce so many people to each other, then promptly release them out into the world to wreak havok.

Er.

I mean: "Adopt puppies and kittens." Yes. Puppies and kittens. That's all. No orbital death lasers at all.

No orbital death lasers? But, they're orphaned...
Won't someone please think of the orbital death lasers?

Actually, my first thought was an old Charles Addams cartoon:
"Death ray? Fiddlesticks! It doesn't even slow them up!"

Off to wreck more havoc...

X/1999 or something like that? I don't know why I know that. There are numbers involved and the title and it isn't Intersella 555. Which is the last anime I watched because, hello, it's one gigantic Daftpunk video.

My mom asked me if Daftpunk was plural or singular once.

Galaxy Express 999, probably.
