Nobody move! I dropped my brain!

So we saw PotC 3

Wow!
Just Wow!

Everyone's saying it's too long, too plotty, too convoluted. I followed it just fine, and it only got long toward the end when all the ocean and rain and splashing were making me have to pee.

Now, Uncle George, take a good look. That's EXACTLY how RotJ should have ended. And not the stupid "We're twins, with a two year age difference" scam. Will Turner had Skywalker-level daddy issues, hon, but he worked them out.

And I'm sitting here in the Independence public library with Enrique Iglasies giving me bedroom eyes over a copy of The Old Man and the Sea and Orli staring intensely at me over a copy of Fellowship. Dang I love "READ" posters.

Daddy issues... mhmmm...

Notice who he sailed into the sunset with at the end. Notice his complete and 100% determination to free his father. Over loyalty to Jack, Liz, and everyone else.

Blind and absolute loyalty since the age of 8. To the man who whipped him on his first stint aboard the Dutchman.

These are some goooood daddy issues. :D
